Billy Joel - "Christmas in Fallujah"

Over the last year or so, Billy Joel has been teasing (threatening?) us with a return to pop music.  First there was the Valentine's Day single, "All My Life" - an innocent enough trifle that we pretty much dismissed upon arrival.  Now though, we've got a second track and in keeping with our promise of many Holiday-themed tunes this month, we're posting the wretched "Christmas In Fallujah," as performed by new Joel-disciple Cass Dillon.  Sorry Long Island - Big Yuck.

The Killers - "Don't Kill Me Santa"

Our first holiday tune of the season is here!  It's a seasonal release from The Killers, most recently of the enjoyable-enough Sawdust disc.  This time Brandon Flowers and co. give us the deranged "Don't Kill Me Santa" and though it might not be making it into mom's Christmas Eve playlist, the song certainly has its moments of fun.  (Though those interludes from Saint Nick are just plain creepy.) 

Christmas classic its not, but hey, it's for charity and marks two straight years of yuletide music from The Killers.
